Scratch and Nett League Match Fixtures put back due to Course conditions.
Whilst the weather has improved this week most of our courses are trying to catch up with competitive course preparation for the coming season. It has therefore been decided to postpone all the Scratch league matches for 2 weeks and move the opening fixtures on 13th May and 20th May to the 29th July and 5th August respectively.
So the first round of matches will take place on Monday 3rd June.
The same applies to the Nett League but it is not practical to move the Division A & B fixture beyond the end of August as daylight hours draw in quickly. We will therefore simply move the 13th May Fixtures to the 26th August.
The Division C & D fixtures on the 13th and 20th May will move to the 29th July and 5th August.
Finally we have extended the closing date for the first round of the Foursomes, Scratch, Nett and Senior KO competitions to the 21st May.
The fixtures on the web site have been updated and revised fixture lists are being sent to the Clubs and Team Captains.
We hope this will promote a fair and competitive league and KO program as the courses improve.
