Leeds Junior Team Championship Results.

We congratulate the Garforth 1 team - Grace Gill, Sam McIntyre and Ethan Harris for winning once again the gross team prize with an excellent total score of 63 points together with the 'Marshall Bellow Trophy'  

Cookridge Hall 2 team- Oliver Norminton, Ethan McInall and Alexander Hardy finished only 1 point behind and won the runners up prize.

In tough conditions there were some very good scores, and Sam McIntyre (Garforth) won the best gross prize with 33 gross points and Emma Mills (Cookridge 3) won the best nett with 43 points.

The Garforth team will now represent Leeds Union in the YIDU Junior Club team championship at Catterick on the 13th July. Last year Garforth won the YIDU title and went on to represent Yorkshire at Woodhall Spa in the English championship. We wish them the best of luck.

Both Garforth and Cookridge 3 will be invited to play in the year end 'Ken Romaine Trophy' competition at a venue to be arranged.
